MoLAN Child Safety Standards

MoLAN is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, especially children and young people.

MoLAN strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any content, activity, communication, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, endangers, or otherwise harms children.

The following are strictly prohibited on MoLAN:

* Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
* Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors
* Grooming or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
* Sharing, requesting, producing, distributing, or promoting sexual content involving minors
* Any behavior that facilitates or encourages child abuse or exploitation
* Threats, coercion, trafficking, or other forms of exploitation involving children

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report inappropriate content, accounts, or behavior through the reporting mechanisms available within the MoLAN application.

Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high priority and reviewed promptly.

Where appropriate, MoLAN may remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

CSAM Handling

MoLAN does not tolerate CSAM.

If CSAM or suspected child sexual exploitation is identified, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable child safety laws and legal obligations.

Compliance

MoLAN is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations concerning child protection, child sexual abuse material, online safety, and the prevention of child sexual exploitation.

These standards apply to all users and all content or activity available through the MoLAN application.
