Following a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information unless retention is required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or otherwise permitted under applicable regulations.

MoLAN is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, and other activities that endanger children.

Reports involving child safety concerns may receive priority review and may be escalated to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

MoLAN may request device permissions only when required for specific application functionality. Users may manage application permissions through their device settings. We do not access device permissions for purposes unrelated to the functionality presented to the user.

MoLAN may use third-party technologies or service providers to support functionality such as cloud hosting, application security, authentication, push notifications, crash reporting, and analytics. These third parties may process limited information according to their own privacy policies and applicable contractual or legal requirements.
